Brampton Ash

Rainwater Direct were working on a refurbishment project in Brampton Ash which included a modern barn conversion. ARP’s account manager Nigel Hancock visited the site to establish the requirements and noted that because there were two very different styles, the traditional main building and the modern barn conversion which had a glass wall and façade detail, the project would need two different profiles to suit the different areas. The project was then divided into three phases.

James Singlehurst, the client, requested samples of the products, which is a standard ARP offering for clients to inspect the quality of the product and the coating.

Nigel specified Sentinel Vintage Ogee Gutter, Colonnade Cast Eared Rainwater Pipe in RAL9005 Matt for the existing main building and or the modern barn conversion Legion Box Gutter for RAL7023 Matt was specified.

Nigel kept in touch with the client and the contractor at each stage of the project and the take-off supplied to us was converted to a quotation for Rainwater Direct to see exactly what was required for the project.

Two factors ensured that ARP were best placed to fulfil this project, they responded quickly to the initial enquiry and were able to keep in contact with the client through the three phases of the project.

ARP’s Legacy cast aluminium gutter and Colonnade down pipes were an ideal solution for this project, as they are made from a modern, natural product which is fully recyclable, but non-corrosive and offers a strong and durable system, but still affords the aesthetic qualities required for the refurbishment of this building.
